Ella Hiley

Ella graduated from Virginia Tech's Industrial Design program in 2025. She is passionate about creating joyful experiences through beauty products, packaging, and branding, with an interest in trend forecasting, market analysis, and user research. During her time in VTID, she served as the program's first Social Media and Communications Manager. She decided to join IDAB after graduation to continue to shape the VTID social brand and give back to the program that shaped her as a designer. In her free time, she enjoys reading on her Kindle and making soups and stocks in her inherited Magnalite dutch oven.
